30 minutes sounds about correct accouting for rush hr traffic. I commuted to the convention center to the suburbs about 10 min south of the airport daily, for about a year while working on the expansion project.

hits New Orleans and we all know the levees might fail again after 3 years of Bush cronyism that undercut the rebuilding and that’s the REAL reason why Bush doesn’t want to show up at the convention…HIS CRONYISM is what’s going to be responsible for the possible collapsing levees!

St. Paul is offering 5 day leases to retailers hoping that they will fill vacant storefronts so the city doesn’t look so bad on national TV. I can already hear the post convention reports about shop keepers who lose everything on a convention that was canceled.

Yes, this conventions are symbolic. Magnificence to Disaster. Everyone fell in love with the people their their the Obama girls, Beau Biden, Jill all of them are such lovely people & then an obnoxious beauty queen who is being investigated for abuse of power shows up on the republican front, OMG.
