I’d have to disagree strongly with you on who was the best president of all time.
FDR wins that title hands-down, and no president since will ever match or beat his record.
A disabled man brought hope and life back to a financially-destroyed country, created millions of jobs thru many social programs, and then guided us through the worst war in history.
Reagan is remembered as the guy who declared ketchup as a vegetable for school lunches, and his voodoo economics hurt the country.
When I watched this … When I watched this speech with my politically-active mother (who is now 80 and still a staunch, active Democrat), I said to her, “This man will be president someday.”

I don’t get it. If … I don’t get it. If you dislike Obama so much and think he is a terrible president, why look at videos about him. I think he’s done a very good job promoting the center left policies of the democrats because the people with those views elected him president. I’m not a fan of Ronald Reagan, but I don’t go watching videos of him. Reagan had good people around him and worked well with Democrats in Congress, but his policies didn’t embrace labor groups, the poor whites, blacks, latinos, and AIDS.
I’m not gonna dis … I’m not gonna dis Reagan, but Lincoln was a better president than Reagan. He had policies to end slavery and re-unite this nation after a horrible civil war. The only thing we can agree on is that Reagan and Lincoln were considered good Republicans and great presidents. Reagan did leave a model for other presidents to be fiscally conservative whether they be democrat or republican,but his vision of America didn’t involve every race, culture, socio class like Lincoln.
