To lift the confusion a little, the Subjects of State con-cons and a NCC should not be confused.
There are some links in the Sidebar which concern con-cons that are scheduled periodically to revise State Constitutions, which is not what we are concerned with.

I don’t think you misspoke, I think that is exactly what will happen, it will be a conversion just like our money has been converted to NOTHING, nothing but fiat paper, taxation without representation. Our founding fathers would have already started the second revolution by now. Too bad there are too many sheeple and not enough to defend our constitution. We are about to reap what we have sown.
