They may say that they "dont" ship it to other countries but ofcourse thats what they would mention. Money will always be a key factor to major companies, things will be swept under the rug if enough money is paid. Countries such as Japan and China who do recieve some of our E-Waste do pay a lot of money off the books to the companies who ofcourse do not say no.
