what are some major issues that the Federalists and anti-federalists debated at the conventions?
Like I know they were
-republicans
-federalism
-seperation of power/checks & balances
-congress
-the president
-the judiciary
-bill of rights

but what did both sides (federalist & anti) think on the issues.
im kinda confused on the details. what were both sides ideas and how did they resolve it?

Federalists wanted a unified national government and anti-federalists wanted the power to remain with the States. The issues that came up at the Annapolis and Philadelphia conventions were slavery, the federal system of govt, how much power would be given to the states, voting issues, and the compromise between the Virginia Plan and New Jersey Plan.
